Booking Procedure & Policy

When you send us your reservation request, please make sure you specify the following things:

• name of your band (or yourself)
• your location (where you are coming from)
• your desired date
• your desired start time
• the number of hours you wish to book
• what you wish to do (tracking, mixing, mastering, editing, remixing, etc.)

You may also indicate any other requests, e.g., if you require one of our engineers specifically; or if you would need session musicians, special musical instruments or equipment, or MIDI orchestration; or perhaps if you would need a Gothic atmosphere (complete with live snakes and black candles) in the tracking room when you come over.

All studio bookings are done on a fair-for-all, first-come, first-served basis. We require a reservation fee of Php1,000 (non-refundable, but fully consumable as studio time) in order to reserve your desired date. You will need to deposit this amount in one of our bank accounts. Please call, text, or email us for details.

Please come on time. We impose a Php100 late fee for every hour past the agreed start time.

If you need to cancel or modify an already-confirmed booking, please do so five (5) days in advance (or earlier) or your reservation fee may be forfeited.

We impose a 3-hour minimum for all recording and mixing sessions.

Try to book our Studio at least one month in advance of your desired start date. Call us beforehand so we can discuss the requirements of your project.

We do not accept checks or credit cards.

An Extended Stay At Santa Rosa?

If you decide to do your next project with us, and you choose to stay here for a while, may we remind you if you would need hotel room arrangement for an extended stay in Santa Rosa. We’d gladly do the reservation for you (with the hotel of your choice). Here are some hotel options:

There is a lot of stuff you can do in and around the city of Santa Rosa. Enchanted Kingdom is worth a visit, the hot spring resorts of Calamba and Los Banos are just half an hour away, as is Tagaytay City, Festival Mall, and Alabang Town Center. You don’t need to go too far though, there is SM City, Robinson’s Place and Waltermart right here in Santa Rosa. There’s also a mega stripmall at Paseo de Santa Rosa.

Plenty of sunshine and fresh air here, and of course, you’re never too far from home!
